Too long a vulcanization time will make the product brittle, and too short a vulcanization time will cause the vulcanization process to be ineffective. Therefore, the vulcanization process must be well controlled in silicone product factories.

1. Direction of movement - first determine the direction of movement of the seal, such as reciprocating, rotating, spiral or fixed.

2. Sealing focus - for example, determine the active point is the rod seal on the inner diameter or the piston seal on the outer diameter.

3. Temperature level - check the original machine instructions or evaluate the working temperature according to the actual working environment to determine the required use data. Silica gel products have an open porous structure and can absorb many rubber product substances. They are a good desiccant, adsorbent and catalyst carrier. The adsorption effect of silica gel is mainly physical adsorption. It can be regenerated and reused. Add acid to the alkali metal silicate (such as sodium silicate) solution to acidify it, and then add a certain amount of electrolyte to stir it to generate silica gel, or add acid or ammonium salt to a concentrated sodium silicate solution to generate silica gel.

4. Pressure level - check the relevant data from the original machine instructions, or infer the working pressure level by observing the hardness and structure of the original seal.
